These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Wrenforda website at wrenforda.com and the Wrenforda AI platform (collectively, the "Platform"), operated by Wrenforda Digital Ltd ("Wrenforda", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the United Kingdom with its registered address at 14 Meridian Court, Holborn, London, WC1V 6LB.

By submitting an access request, using the contact form or otherwise engaging with the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or website.

1. Platform access

Access to the Wrenforda platform is provided through a structured onboarding request process. Wrenforda Digital Ltd reserves the right to approve or decline any access request at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Access granted is personal and non-transferable. You must not share your access credentials with any other person.

2. Permitted use

You may use the Wrenforda platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable UK or international law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
  • Use automated tools, scripts or bots to interact with the platform without prior written consent from Wrenforda Digital Ltd.
  • Reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from the platform without permission.
  • Use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, misleading or unlawful content.

3. Platform availability and changes

Wrenforda Digital Ltd provides the platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free of errors. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or aspect of the platform at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to users.

4. Intellectual property

All content, design, branding, software and materials on the Wrenforda website and platform are the intellectual property of Wrenforda Digital Ltd or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence in that content beyond your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as permitted herein.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Wrenforda Digital Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform or website. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

6. No guarantees

The Wrenforda platform provides automated information processing and structured insights based on available data. These are provided for informational purposes only. Wrenforda Digital Ltd makes no representations, warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of any information or insights generated by the platform for any particular purpose.

7. Third-party services

The platform may include links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. Wrenforda Digital Ltd is not responsible for the content, privacy practices or availability of any third-party services. Links or integrations do not constitute endorsement.

8. Termination

Wrenforda Digital Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably determine that continued access is not appropriate. You may also request termination of your access at any time by contacting [email protected].

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
